Job Description
Our partner is a premier provider of energy solutions, focusing on the evolution of solar energy systems. They are looking for a Senior Solar Operations Manager to oversee large and complex projects, enhance organizational processes, and ensure revenue and profit targets are met.
Requirements
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering or Physics
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in installation projects with a strong technical aspect
- VCA-Vol certification or willingness to obtain it
- Possession of a category B driving license
Benefits
- Full-time salary between EUR 6,000 and 7,000 gross per month
- Potential annual bonus of up to 20,000 based on team revenue
- Company bonus of up to one month's salary depending on the organization's EBITDA
