Behavioral Health Technician

Join our team as a Behavioral Health Technician and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, adolescents, and their families. Provide individualized, evidence-based mental health interventions and support services to youth with behavioral and psychiatric needs in community-based settings.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and ability to completed 40+ hours of training
• Minimum of 2 years of experience of provision of behavioral health services
• Behavioral Health Certification or Behavior Analysis Certification from accredited organization
• Certification as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)
• Proficient using Microsoft Office and database systems
• Experience using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems is a plus
• Extremely organized
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, flexile, and can to work independently
• Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus but not required
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current automobile insurance coverage
