People Operations Specialist

We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to own and elevate the day-to-day experience of our people across the full employee lifecycle. The role involves executing end-to-end people operations processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and identifying inefficiencies in current HR processes to propose scalable solutions. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or similar roles and is fluent in English.

Requirements

• Fluent English (written and verbal)
• 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or similar roles
• Solid understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
• Experience working with HRIS platforms
• Strong knowledge of labor regulations in at least one LATAM country
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
