Engineer I Mechanical- Nuclear

Perform a variety of engineering and design activities involving power plant upgrades and/or new power plant projects.

Requirements

• Education: BS in mechanical engineering from an ABET accredited university
• Experience: Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles for application in solving problems
• Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills
• Software proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Time management: Effective time management skills
• Company compliance: Understanding and compliance with company policies, procedures, and processes
• Security screening: Ability to pass security and drug screening and maintain unescorted nuclear plant access
• Travel: Ability to travel to client sites with periods of field/office work
• Industrial plant environment: Ability to perform walk downs of equipment in an industrial plant environment
