The Senior Project Manager plays a critical role in Zaelab's Delivery team, owning project execution from kickoff through launch, leading e-commerce implementations, coordinating with offshore development teams, and acting as the trusted advisor for client stakeholders.
Requirements
- Lead e-commerce projects using Agile/Waterfall techniques
- Facilitate the definition of project scope and objectives
- Work alongside an offshore development team leading sprint planning, daily standups, and other project activities
- Serve as primary point of contact for client stakeholders, executives, and internal team members
- Maintain the tools and documentation required for Zaelab's implementation projects
- Report project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Successfully manage relationships with clients and team members
- Collaborate within the Project Management team to continuously improve solutions and processes
