Cloud Deployment Engineer II (DevOps)

Requirements

• Write and maintain deployment automation using Python/PowerShell/Bash.
• Execute automated deployments to AKS/App Services/VMs; manage configs, secrets, and ACR images.
• Use CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions) to automate build, test, deploy, and rollback flows.
• Use Terraform/Helm to codify infrastructure and application deployment steps.
• Automate pre/post deployment checks: smoke tests, health checks, dependency validations.
• Automate database migration execution with verification and rollback options.
• Maintain environment hygiene: version tracking, certificate rotation, config drift fixes.
• Ensure observability by automating logs, metrics, alerts, and dashboards setup.
• Provide clear status during deployment windows and document results.
• Attach required evidence (logs, runbooks, approvals) for audits and change records.
• Follow SECM change process and participate in CAB for technical validation.
