The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for driving pipeline growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities across target enterprise, corporate, and government segments.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound B2B ICT sales.
- Experience prospecting across enterprise or government customer environments is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve activity targets and contribute to revenue pipeline growth.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools and structured outreach methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
