
Job description
You'll be the first point of contact for our customers and support them in the Live-Chat and Ticket System. You'll learn how to analyze technical requests and find solutions, and occasionally be on site at the Data Center to participate in Hardware Maintenance and Installation.
You'll support the team in analyzing workflows and making them more efficient using AI-powered tools, and work closely with experienced colleagues and learn from experts.
You'll have the opportunity to learn and apply modern technologies for process optimization, and have good takeover chances after training.
