Agent Deployment Manager

Role Overview

We're looking for an exceptional Agent Deployment Manager to help us define and build the next generation of AI-powered logistics systems. You will own the complete deployment lifecycle for Zauber's AI agents with global freight forwarders, turning signed contracts into production systems that deliver measurable business value.

What You Will Do

You will own end-to-end deployment for enterprise customers, from kickoff through go-live and hypercare to large scale roll-out and use-case expansion. You will work directly with customer stakeholders across operations, IT, and business teams to map workflows, configure agents, and drive adoption.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in implementation, deployment, or technical project management
• Experience with Agents/LLMs or writing software yourself
• Experience in the logistics/freight forwarding industry
• Strong understanding of how enterprise software works
• Excellent project management skills
• Outstanding communication skills
