The role involves collaborating with product and engineering teams, driving projects from concept to completion, analyzing processes, and maintaining documentation. Requirements

• Serve as the key link between product line engineers and manufacturing teams
• Collaborate with engineering to understand product requirements and translate them into efficient manufacturing plans
• Analyze processes and recommend improvements to boost productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality
• Create and maintain documentation for fabrication, assembly, and testing
• Willingness to travel about 10 percent of the time
