Head of Network Development

The Head of Network Development will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing Zeekr’s sales and service network across Europe, shaping the development and expansion of Zeekr's distribution and service infrastructure, and ensuring a seamless, premium experience for customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in network development, dealership management, or a related field within the automotive industry, ideally within EV or premium brands, at an EU level.
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to scale a network across multiple countries.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of customer experience drivers, both in physical and digital contexts.
• Experience managing complex, multi-country projects and working with international teams.
