Application Specialist

Application Specialist responsible for providing technical and application expertise to sales colleagues, performing product demonstrations, and building customer relationships. Attends technical training and meetings to stay updated on new trends and products.

Requirements

• Has sufficient/basic product knowledge
• Conducts Routine and Standard application work
• Has basic knowledge of specific products within a system class and the related application area
• Knows the basic principles on configurations and technical interdependencies
• Works on standard tasks with occasional supervision within a smaller knowledge area
• Has a basic knowledge of business key points
• Has a basic knowledge in business processes, rules and workflows
• Able to deliver L-1/2 presentation
• Has low customer understanding
• Working in team on tasks and projects with guidance
• Can conduct basic trainings with supervision if needed
