Maintenance Manager

Role Overview

As a Maintenance Manager at Atlas Tube Zekelman Industries, you will lead the maintenance function for the Blytheville facility, ensuring equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and a safe working environment.

What You Will Do

Supervise and direct daily activities of maintenance staff, promote a safe work environment, develop and implement maintenance programs, and collaborate with Maintenance and Operations teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of mechanical or electrical supervisory experience in a heavy industrial environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated leadership, team-building, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, communication, and motivational leadership abilities
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and achieve operational goals
• Strong troubleshooting, decision-making, and time-management skills
• Ability to analyze complex maintenance and equipment reliability issues
• Working knowledge of safety regulations, maintenance scheduling, and maintenance management systems
• Ability to lead complex maintenance and repair activities in an industrial environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to maintain regular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance
