Role Overview

As a Welder at Zekelman Industries, you will play a key role in fabricating high-quality metal components used in our modular building systems. This position requires precision, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

What You Will Do

Welds components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions, lays out and secures parts and assemblies, and verifies conformance to specifications.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of welding experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or construction environments
• Welding certificate preferred
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Strong working knowledge of welding processes, tools, and materials
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret weld symbols accurately
• Skilled in using measuring tools; able to add and subtract fractions
• Committed to workplace safety and adherence to PPE requirements
• Excellent balance, hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity
• Capable of lifting up to 80 lbs and standing for extended periods
