Requirements

• 8 to 14 years of experience in software engineering
• 3 years in leadership roles for AI/ML teams
• Successful delivery of AI products to actual users
• Extensive experience with LLM orchestration frameworks
• Hands-on experience deploying AI in healthcare or regulated sectors
