Senior Fullstack Engineer, Solve

We're building a real-time voice AI product for live, natural conversations. As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you'll own product features end to end, focusing on backend engineering fundamentals. You'll build and improve backend systems, develop integrations, and ship product features across our voice platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building production software
• Strong backend engineer first, with solid fundamentals in APIs, async systems, integrations, and system design
• Experience building and owning product features end to end
• Experience with real-time or event-driven systems such as WebSockets, WebRTC, streaming, or low-latency APIs
• Care about product quality and enjoy solving user-facing problems
• Excited about voice AI, conversational products, or real-time systems

Benefits

• US annualized base salary range: $145,000.00-$217,000.00
