The Senior Sales Operations Lead will serve as the primary architect and orchestrator for Zendesk's Global Professional Services (PS) organization, leading the annual planning process, designing frameworks, and optimizing processes to drive revenue integrity and scalable growth. This high-impact role requires a deep understanding of the Professional Services lifecycle, strategic thinking, and operational rigor. The ideal candidate will have 7-10+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations or Professional Services Operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
