As a Paid Social Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the technical infrastructure, bidding logic, and audience targeting for performance marketing campaigns on Meta and TikTok. You will work as a peer alongside a Performance Creative Strategist to drive revenue for affiliate publishing partners.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in paid social media buying, preferably in-house at a publisher or performance agency.
- Advanced expertise in Meta Ads Manager. Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager is a significant plus.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and AI tools; ability to work with large datasets and translate findings into actionable next steps.
- Understanding of affiliate marketing dynamics (e.g., EPC, revenue share models, and third-party tracking) is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
