As a Performance Creative Strategist, you will work as a peer alongside the Paid Social Specialist to bridge the gap between our affiliate content and the end consumer. You will be responsible for creating and deploying ad creative at scale, owning the narrative and visual flow of our custom-built landing pages, and applying deep knowledge of online shopping trends and consumer behavior to create content that sells.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–3 years in digital creative production, performance design, or content marketing, with a focus on e-commerce and direct-response results.
- AI & Tech Fluency: Proficiency in the modern AI creative stack (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT for copy, or AI video tools).
- Landing Page Mastery: Proven ability to build and curate high-converting landing pages.
- Direct Response Expertise: A deep understanding of what drives a user to click and buy.
- Production Tools: Hands-on experience with WYSIWYG design/video tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or internal CMS builders) and familiarity with AI tools which help to scale production.
- Affiliate & Retail Knowledge: Familiarity with the affiliate marketing ecosystem and the seasonal cycles of the e-commerce industry.
