Job description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Zinkworks. You will be working with one of our leading financial services clients to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. This role is part of a strategic programme focused on modernizing the client’s mainframe capability.
Design, develop, and maintain robust and secure Java-based applications. Work with Spring and Spring Batch frameworks to deliver high-performance services. Build and deploy solutions in AWS using Lambdas, EC2, and other cloud-native services.
As a senior member of the team, you’ll provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and influence architectural decisions to ensure high-quality delivery. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
