Job description
As a Systems Analyst, you will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Managers, architects, and engineering teams to understand business objectives and translate them into high-quality technical solutions. This role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across distributed teams.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and Product Managers to gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements. Create meaningful analysis artefacts, translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories, and support sprint planning and backlog refinement activities.
This role requires 2+ years' experience in a Systems Analyst or Business Systems Analyst role, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related discipline, and strong experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
