
Job description
Waystar is seeking a Marketing Measurement & Analytics professional to build, execute, and scale marketing performance measurement and reporting across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in Power BI and marketing data systems with the ability to work cross-functionally to gather requirements, validate data, and deliver high-quality reporting assets.
Build, maintain, and continuously improve Marketing's Power BI dashboards, translate stakeholder requirements into scalable data models, and execute and maintain standardized KPI frameworks.
The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or reporting-focused roles in a B2B environment, with advanced expertise in Power BI, multi-touch attribution, and pipeline reporting.
