Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and account management skills
- Extensive experience selling in the healthcare or relevant market
- More than 5 years of direct sales and people-management experience
- Strong record of winning market share with premium or high-value products
- Experience growing new or emerging medical technology markets
- Experience selling complex systems or solutions to large accounts with multiple decision-makers
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to account management
- Effective interpersonal and team management skills
- Ability to understand and communicate complex clinical and technical information
