Patient Service Representative

The Cardiac Management Solutions division of ZOLL is seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) in an independent contractor role to train patients on the use and care of LifeVest. The PSR will contact caregivers and family to schedule services, travel to patient’s homes and health care facilities to provide services, and train the patient and other caregivers of patient (if applicable) in the use of LifeVest.

Requirements

• Have 1 year patient care experience
• Patient experience must be in a paid professional environment (not family caregiver)
• Patient experience must be documented on resume
• Completion of background check
• Florida and Ohio candidates must complete a level 2 screening, fee not paid by ZOLL
• Disclosure of personal NPI number (if applicable)
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance and/or valid state ID
