Patient Service Representative

The Cardiac Management Solutions division of ZOLL is seeking a Patient Service Representative in an independent contractor role to train patients on the use and care of the LifeVest. The PSR will contact caregivers and family to schedule services, travel to patient’s homes and health care facilities to provide services, and train patients in the use of LifeVest.

Requirements

• 1 year patient care experience
• Patient experience must be in a paid professional environment (not family caregiver)
• Completion of background check
• Florida and Ohio candidates must complete a level 2 screening, fee not paid by ZOLL
• Disclosure of personal NPI number (if applicable)
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance and/or valid state ID
• Willingness to pay a $30 annual DME fee which is deducted from a completed Work Order
• Willingness to pay for additional vendor credentialing (i.e. RepTrax) if needed geographically
