
Job description
Seeking a Renewal Sales Representative in Tokyo to manage several accounts, ensuring satisfaction and promoting Zoom services. The role involves driving renewals and retention within a defined book of business, reporting to the manager based in Tokyo.
Manage direct and indirect (partner) renewals from a designated Book of Business (BoB) with the goal of driving high renewal rates. Engage customers who may be at risk of cancelling due to customer satisfaction issues, adoption, and/or threat of competitor.
Have native Japanese skills (mandatory) and Business Fluency in English (preferred). 3+ year experience of working in a SaaS or Cloud company mandatory (preferably as a sales, customer success or renewals).
