Polymer Materials Testing Technician – Analytical Chemistry

Role Overview

We are looking for an Analytical Chemistry Technician to support our materials testing capabilities within the Innovation team. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining analytical equipment, developing and improving test methods, and interpreting data to support product development and process optimisation.

What You Will Do

Operate, maintain and troubleshoot analytical laboratory equipment, carry out analytical testing, interpret and present data, develop and improve analytical test methods, and train colleagues.

Requirements

• Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Materials Science or similar, or relevant lab experience
• Hands-on experience in analytical testing or laboratory environments
• Experience operating and troubleshooting analytical equipment
• Ability to interpret technical data and link it to material or process performance
