DevOps Cloud Engineer

Role Overview

Join our operations team as a DevOps Cloud Engineer to help operate, evolve, and continuously improve the digital platforms of our clients through an AI-driven, cloud-native approach.

What You Will Do

Set up, operate, maintain, and continuously improve cloud-native environments and production systems across multiple client accounts. Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep, Pulumi) and automation scripts (Bash, PowerShell, Python) to support deployment, maintenance, and incident remediation across multi-cloud environments.

At least 3 years of Cloud infrastructure or software engineering experience. Operational mindset with hands-on experience in incident management, and reliability engineering. You understand automation vs. toil, capacity planning, and the value of proactive monitoring.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Cloud infrastructure or software engineering experience
• Operational mindset with hands-on experience in incident management, and reliability engineering
• Deep experience with Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS preferred) and Kubernetes
• Proficiency with IaC tools and automation stacks (Jenkins, Ansible, Maven, Gradle, Git, GitLab, Artifactory)
• Strong understanding of SRE principles: SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, postmortems, and incident response practices
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); fluency in German is highly valued (not requirment) for daily client interaction
