Job Description
Zus is seeking a seasoned Director of Sales Engineering & Solution Design to lead a small team of Sales Engineers and drive solution design, technical architecture, and complex pre-sales engagements. The role involves partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to define best practices, influence the roadmap, and ensure real value is delivered to customers across healthcare.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Implementation
- Prior experience managing or mentoring a small technical team
- Strong hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions using RESTful APIs, healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, C-CDA, HL7), and EMR data
- Proficiency in SQL and comfort working directly with complex healthcare data models
- Demonstrated ability to design end-to-end solutions that balance technical feasibility, customer needs, and business outcomes
