Staff Full Stack Engineer

Zus is a shared health data platform that aims to accelerate healthcare data interoperability by providing easy-to-use patient data via API, embedded components, and direct EHR integrations. We're looking for a Staff Full Stack Engineer to join our Applications team, which delivers the core web and embedded applications our customers use every day.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and scaling high-quality consumer-facing UIs
• Familiarity with React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and RESTful APIs
• Experience with AWS services like ECS, Lambda, and DynamoDB
• Knowledge of application security and HITRUST compliance
• Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant APIs
• Experience with the FHIR R4 Standards and/or TEFCA standards
