Job Description
10Beauty is a robotics startup seeking an IT Systems Administrator to manage and optimize internal IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in networking protocols, hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), and a proven track record of managing vendor relationships and system integrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration or a similar role
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
- Proven experience with IAM solutions (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity) and setting up federated identity (SAML, SSO)
- Experience administering and integrating third-party business systems (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, HRIS, CRM)
- Familiarity with security best practices and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
