Job description
As a Customer Service Export Operator, you are responsible for the operational and commercial/financial handling of export air freight shipments with the goal of providing optimal service to the customer.
Preparing transport documents, (customs) documents, and organizing/bookings of transport. Direct contact with customers, agents, and airlines.
Customer- and result-oriented, masters Dutch and English language, affinity with logistics, knowledge of air freight logistics processes, aviation legislation, customs matters, and insight into tariff structure.
