Senior Logistics Engineer

Role Overview

As a Senior Logistics Engineer, you will lead complex improvement and innovation projects within our warehousing operations. You will analyze and re-design logistics processes, lead projects, and act as a content lead and sparring partner for stakeholders.

What You Will Do

You will work on strategic projects such as WMS implementations, process redesign, and new customer implementations. You will have a pioneering role in knowledge sharing and professionalization.

Requirements

• Completed education in Technical Business Administration, Logistics Management, or Supply Chain Management
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in logistics/warehouse engineering, continuous improvement, or operations engineering
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement (certification is a plus)
• Experience with project management and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of WMS systems and logistics automation
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert analyses into implementations
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
• Proactive, result-oriented, and independent working attitude
