Job Description
The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering and coordinating patient care in the office setting using established nursing practices and protocols. The RN collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care and optimal outcomes.
Requirements
- Performs all nursing duties in compliance with the Arizona State Board of Nursing –Nurse Practice Act.
- Reviews patient history and physical (H & P) with patient/family and assures completion within appropriate timeframe and records into the patient’s chart.
- Provides care based on physician orders and the nursing plan of care, in compliance with policies and procedures, standards of care, and regulatory agency requirements.
