Bachelor's degree in PA program; PA license and DEA/CPR. 1+ year PA experience preferred. Experience in pain management strongly preferred
Nurse Practitioner- Dr. Rohrs
Requires 1-2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, knowledge of acute and chronic care protocols, and excellent communication skills
