160over90 is an award-winning global marketing agency looking for a Hospitality Manager, Experiential to qualify client requests and program briefs, develop profit, sourcing, and negotiation strategy, and work closely with Client Services, Creative, Hospitality, and Production departments.
Requirements
- Qualifies client requests and program briefs.
- Develops profit, sourcing, and negotiation strategy.
- Utilizes technology tools for sourcing, tracking sourcing, and contracted volume.
- Qualifies vendor responses, proposals, contract process, and Addendums.
- Acts as point of contact for vendor destination management (DMC) meeting requests.
- Day to Day client management of program planning and deliverables, alongside the Client Services team.
- Works closely with Client Services, Creative, Hospitality, and Production dept’s on vendor negotiations, vendor performance, and unique programming ideas as they pertain to Hospitality programs.
- Maintains initiative-taking, a positive attitude, and an open line of communication with client and account teams to ensure understanding of deliverable timelines and roles and responsibilities.
- Responsible for accurate program forecasting and updating business management system with current financials up until the file is turned over to operations.
- Assist the Client Services team in planning site inspection materials.
- As needed, arrange brainstorm and creative sessions for destination and programming ideation.
- Maintain final electronic files through the process as required by company standard operating procedures.
- Prepare and conduct turnover meetings to the assigned Client Services Team.
- Develop and maintain excellent and professional working relationships with industry vendors and clients.
- Look to develop workflow that will help strengthen the cohesiveness between other departments.
- High-level of accuracy and diligence.
- Assist with RFPs, RFIs, presentation deliverables, and special projects as assigned.
