Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on HubSpot Administrator to support an existing team with near-term post-migration initiatives.
Requirements
- Support Sales and Servicing onboarding, configuration, reporting, workflows, automation, HubSpot Mobile setup, and emergency support queue activities.
- Build and configure the Agent Selection custom object, including associations, fields, permissions, and related processes.
- Support HubSpot and Snowflake zero-copy configuration, including data visibility such as merchant status on Company records.
- Configure and maintain third-party Sales connectors such as Aircall, DocuSign, and related tools.
- Support HubSpot DevOps, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning setup.
- Create and maintain clear documentation for configurations, processes, integrations, and operational procedures.
