Financial Controller aspiring to be a future Financial Manager

We are seeking a dynamic talented Financial Controller to join our team and serve on our Executive Committee (Exco). This role is critical in overseeing our finance, HR, and IT support functions, ensuring our financial health, supporting our strategic goals, and contributing to our overall business success.

Requirements

• CA(SA) Qualification
• Minimum 5 years of post-article experience in a finance role
• Strong proficiency in financial management, including accounting, reporting, and financial analysis
• Exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel for financial modelling and analysis
• Experience with Power BI is a plus, but a strong interest and willingness to develop skills in this area are essential
• Proven ability to deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for team leadership and stakeholder management
