21st Century Home Health Services is seeking a full-time Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide in-home patient care. They are the largest in San Francisco and growing in the Bay Area, and are dedicated to excellent patient care. They offer opportunities throughout the Bay Area, with 5-star Medicare ratings.
Requirements
- Valid HHA CA license
- LCSW is a plus
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- Valid CA Driver's License
- Experience with high acuity patients is a plus
- Experience with interdisciplinary team is highly desired
