Job Description
21st Century Home Health Services (HHS) is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide skilled services to patients in their homes, focusing on safety, independence, and quality of life. They emphasize empathy, compassion, and team collaboration within their clinics and hospitals. The company has recently expanded its operations across the Bay Area and anticipates expanding in all areas of Contra Costa and Alameda Counties.
Requirements
- Current unrestricted CA Occupational Therapist License
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- Valid CA Driver's License
- Knowledge of local community resources
- Knowledge and understanding of individual development and human behavior
- Knowledge of state and federal homecare regulatory guidelines (preferred)
- Experience with high acuity patients (preferred)
- Experience working with an interdisciplinary team (highly desired)
