Reporting to the Head of SME Business, the Manager, Sales will lead the sales team to drive merchant acquisition, and revenue growth for the SME function.
Requirements
- Lead and manage the sales team to drive merchant acquisition, revenue growth, and overall SME business performance
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve business targets
- Oversee field sales performance by working closely with area managers, including target setting, incentive design, and performance management
- Monitor sales pipeline, conversion rates, and key performance metrics to ensure consistent execution
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to build a high-performing sales team
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support product launches and enhancements aligned with market needs
- Identify market opportunities and optimize sales approaches based on data and insights
