The AI Delivery Manager is an engineering-embedded leadership role that transforms how 3E ships software by combining technical execution, program ownership, and change leadership to increase speed, quality, and predictability across programs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a technical role such as Software Engineer, Tech Lead, Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, ML Engineer, or Architect
- Strong coding proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar
- Proven experience designing, building, and operating CI/CD pipelines
- Practical cloud experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Delivery leadership experience across multiple global teams and dependencies
- Strong understanding of Agile and flow-based delivery (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid)
- Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
