
Job description
The Director of Events will run the day-to-day operations of 3i's international in-person events program, managing a team of Events Associates and building processes to execute 150+ events per quarter.
Manage a team, build and maintain operating playbooks, oversee venue and vendor networks, enforce quality standards, and track budgets and KPIs.
You will have 5-8 years of experience in events, hospitality, or operations, with at least 2 years of team management experience, and a track record of building or scaling an events function.
