Assistant Plant Manager - Pallet Manufacturing

Role Overview

As an Assistant Plant Manager, you'll assist in managing total plant operations and delivering superior customer satisfaction by driving results and exceeding expectations in the key areas of safety, service, quality, and cost.

What You Will Do

Manage the work of all production employees, oversee production and shipping schedules, provide hands-on leadership, and support plant administration to ensure compliance with established policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3+ years in a plant/warehouse supervisory role
• Familiarity with private fleet management/transportation is helpful
