Job Description
Conduct field service at customer facilities, providing comprehensive support to customers onsite, by phone, and via email, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements
- Technical field service experience with CNC grinding machinery
- Troubleshooting machine problems on-site and remotely
- Installation of CNC grinding machines at customer facilities
- Ability to interpret and comprehend electrical, mechanical, and other technical drawings
- Basic knowledge of electrical and fluid power circuits
