Job Description
The role is a CSW - Social Worker in Bexleyheath, UK. The purpose is to build positive relationships with families to support children in need. The role requires experience in Signs of Safety practice model, working with children and families in diverse contexts, and making recommendations to managers about legal action.
Requirements
- Experience working in a statutory child protection role
- Experience with Signs of Safety approach
- Ability to write complex reports and case notes
- Knowledge of child development and impact of adult mental ill health
- Experience working with families who have experienced abuse and neglect
- Ability to undertake holistic assessments and make clear plans
