Job Description
Responsible for algorithm innovation and execution in Huawei's search/recommendation/advertising scene. Design and research algorithms for information retrieval and ordering models, with a focus on comparative learning, active learning, and sparse optimization. Optimize model compression, distillation, acceleration, and fine-tuning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Automated Engineering, Computer Software, or similar field
- Excellent skills in algorithm and coding in machine learning/deep learning models
- Familiarity with coding languages Python/C++ and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow/MindSpore)
- At least 1 year of experience in natural language processing (NLP) practical and research on pre-trained models, deep semantic matching, model compression, and related fields
