Assistant Office Manager

A well-established European Intellectual Property legal firm is looking for an Assistant Office Manager to assist the Office Manager in the general administration and daily running of the Singapore office.

Requirements

• A level/Diploma in Law/Bachelor Degree
• 5 years of experience in office administration and management preferably from established law firm
• Candidate with knowledge of Intellectual Property will be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications, Aderant, Inpotech
• Excellent communication skill in both spoken and written English
• Must have a distinctive leadership qualities with essential skills and dispositions
• Possess a strong sense of duty and ability to react positively in stressful situation
