Customer Service Assistant

We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to provide assistance in order fulfilment processes, communicate with operation teams, forwarders and vendors, and ensure orders are completed. The role involves performing order processing operations, documentation, and system transactions, as well as managing customer service and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of working experience in the logistics industry
• Independent and teamwork skills
• Ability to operate systems, technology, and electronic tools (e.g. WMS, SAP)
