Job Description
Support the Partners and Directors on various administrative tasks, including expense management, calendaring, and office management. Assist with office layout planning, IT infrastructure management, and provide general support to visitors and new hires. Other administrative tasks as necessary.
Requirements
- Usually at least 3 years of experience providing support at a high level
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
